How we look after your details

Happy Place Yoga is a small, local yoga class. We keep this simple and honest, just like the classes.

What we collect, and when

When you book a class or register your interest, we ask for your name, email address and mobile number. There's also an optional notes box where you can tell us about injuries or health conditions so your teacher can look after you properly in class.

What we use it for

Saving your spot and showing your teacher who's coming to each class
Sending you a booking confirmation, and one reminder 24 hours before your class
Adapting the class safely if you've told us about an injury or condition

That's the lot. No marketing emails, no newsletters unless you ask for them, and we never sell or share your details with anyone else.

Where it lives

Your booking sits in our booking system, hosted in the EU, and on a private class register that only your teacher can see. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent through our email provider. Nothing about you appears on the public website. Visitors can see how many spots are free in a class, never who booked them.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records while you're coming to classes so your teacher knows you. If you'd like your details removed, just ask and we'll delete them.
